WHY WE LOVE GODOX REEMIX RM11

As an Event Photographer there are many challenges that you have overcome, the biggest is always time management and there are lots of other factors that are taken into consideration. One of them when you are running an Event Photo Studio is to ensure that your Studio Flash Lighting Functions. One of the major problems to over come is the fact that a lot of the lighting configurations required combined with the lack of ambient light are just too much for the humble Photo Cell to cope with. It was a real shock at an early event when we found out that we could not get all of our flashes to trigger, this was due to the distance between the individual units and the darkness of the venue and the fact that we were using a tethered sync lead and relying on slave photo cells.

 

The equipment that we use has to be portable and adaptable, we have chosen to use the Godox  Remix RM11 system. It is a fantastic 3-in-1 remote control that when the transmitter is on the camera hot shoe and the receiver is plugged into the Sync Socket of a Studio Flash , you can ensure that all of your flashes will fire at the same time.

 

 

We are often covering different types of events, from an indoor Charity Ball to an Outdoor Sporting Event and we even use Godox on our Pop Up Photo Booth,  it is nice to know that we can use this product in different configurations with confidence, knowing that it will work every time.
